You will be the
Price Cost Analyst for the
Missiles & Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for delivering cost‑effective, high‑performance solutions that enable mission success across the global aerospace and defense portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Price Cost Analyst you will be responsible for driving rigorous analysis of supplier proposals and ensuring sound pricing decisions that support our customers and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Review and evaluate supplier proposals, cost and pricing data, and related documentation.
- Confer daily with suppliers and analyze their operations to identify factors influencing price.
- Prepare reports and visualizations that clearly present findings and recommendations.
- Negotiate standard and non‑standard contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal terms.
- Provide final contract negotiation documents that reflect agreed‑upon conditions.
- This position requires the ability to travel both domestic and international up to 25% of the time.

Desired Skills
- Experience in auditing supplier financial documents and records including trial balances and general ledger.
- Experience with government contracts, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- Experience in negotiating FAR 15 TINA proposals
- Experience in Cost Analysis and evaluation techniques used in assessing supplier proposals
- Experience communicating departmental and program messages to both Lockheed Martin personnel, as well as the customer
- Experience operating in a fast paced environment
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
