Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the strategic oversight and execution of all initiatives for IndiGo’s B2B initiatives. This is a critical role that bridges product development, partner operations, and business strategy. You will own the complete initiative lifecycle—from conception through delivery—ensuring that all programs align with business objectives and deliver measurable value to our airline partners.
The ideal candidate will combine strong project management discipline with business acumen, partner-focused thinking, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies in a fast-paced aviation industry environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Planning
- Define, prioritize, and communicate the program roadmap for the B2B Portal, ensuring alignment with agent partner needs and company strategic goals
- Establish clear program objectives, success metrics, and KPIs for each initiative
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies for airline B2B partners, internal teams, and vendors
- Create comprehensive program charters and business cases for new initiatives
Initiative Management & Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of all portal initiatives, from discovery through production launch and post-launch optimization
- Develop detailed project timelines, resource plans, and budgets for each initiative
- Track program health across all initiatives using dashboards and status reporting; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed-upon quality standards
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead regular program governance meetings with product, engineering, operations, partner success, and commercial teams
- Manage dependencies and resolve blockers across functions to maintain program momentum
- Facilitate alignment between partner requirements and internal capabilities
- Communicate program updates to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
Partner Portal Management & Optimization
- Oversee the continuous optimization of the Agent Portal platform to enhance partner experience and adoption
- Identify operational issues in partner workflows and deliver data-driven solutions
- Drive portal feature prioritization based on partner feedback, usage analytics, and business impact
- Manage partner feedback loops and establish mechanisms for ongoing input into the product roadmap
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Establish and monitor critical program KPIs: initiative delivery rate, partner adoption, feature utilization, cost savings realized, NPS improvement, portal uptime
- Prepare monthly/quarterly program reviews with comprehensive dashboards, trend analysis, and insights
- Conduct post-launch reviews and lessons-learned sessions to continuously improve execution
- Present program performance and ROI analysis to senior leadership and board committees
Vendor & Third-Party Management
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, development partners, and technology providers
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance standards
- Coordinate vendor deliverables with internal timelines and quality expectations
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 8+ Years of experience required with atleast 4+ years in Project Management role
- Minimum Bachelor's degree is required
- PMP certification will be preferred
