What You Will Do *
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing digital technology projects using traditional and Agile approaches
- Contribute to process improvement and optimization efforts
- Support the creation of strategy documents and roadmaps to align with organizational goals.
- Support financial planning processes, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into SBO operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and implement best practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
- Help prepare presentations and documentation for leadership reviews and program updates.

Qualifications You Must Have *
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering or related STEM field
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum concepts (coursework or certifications a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Qualifications We Prefer
- 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum concepts (coursework or certifications a plus)

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
