The Enterprise Solutions Retail Platform Onboarding team partners with internal and third-party channel teams to launch and scale modern retailing capabilities across the enterprise. Our team operates like a Software as a Service (SaaS) Professional Services group, supporting internal and third-party teams as they integrate to enterprise retailing capabilities. We serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical product teams—gathering requirements, coordinating delivery, and ensuring successful channel onboarding across the enterprise.
The Enterprise Solutions (ES) team is seeking a Manager of Retail Platform Onboarding that will lead channel integration with enterprise retail capabilities, enabling speed to market and flexibility for the company.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Minimum five years of airline, retail technology or equivalent experience required
- Strong business knowledge and technical skills with an in-depth understanding of product management
- Capable of managing multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Focused on results and can prioritize competing interests with seemingly disparate goals
- Uses data to quantify problems, identify trade-offs and develop solutions
- Communicates in a timely, accurate and effective manner
- Must be performing satisfactorily in present position
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- BA/BS or advanced degree in a process or project management discipline such as Business Administration, Operations Research, Finance, or Engineering
- Prior experience leading and developing a team in a commercial setting
- Airline retailing knowledge – PNR, ticket, order, revenue management
- Working knowledge of at least one Delta internal or external channel preferred (Axis, OmniPro, Delta.com, SNAPP, GDS or 3rd Party Agent application)
- Working experience with Agile product management methodology
- Data analytics and experience building performance tracking dashboards)
- Prior experience of managing a technology vendor
