π’ We are looking for our next SPECIAL SERVICES AGENT to join the PREFERRED SERVICES β AIRPORTS Management team in London, United Kingdom. You will play a key role in caring for the experience of Special Services passengers, anticipating their needs and delivering comprehensive end-to-end service, directly contributing to keeping millions of people connected with the world.

π Thereβs no routine hereβevery day brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:
β Anticipating needs and providing comprehensive support throughout the entire end-to-end Special Services passenger journey.
β Caring for and managing the passenger experience during contingencies.
β Delivering preferential and personalized airport service to Special Services passengers.
β Ensuring a differentiated, excellence-driven experience in every interaction.
π― What do you need to take off in this role?
β A degree in Tourism or a related field.
β At least 1 year of experience in customer service (mandatory).
β Knowledge of SABRE is a plus.
β We need you to have an advanced level of English and Portuguese (mandatory). If you got this far, weβre flying in the same direction!
β Valid documentation to work in the United Kingdom.
