SkyMiles is seeking a proven change agent responsible for strategic thinking and analysis, initiative development, and project management to further engage our SkyMiles Members by providing a best-in-class loyalty program. The individual will analyze data and develop insights to guide recommendations for new and/or modified program benefits and policies. This position will interact regularly with Customer Engagement & Loyalty (CE&L) department leadership and work collaboratively across a variety of Delta's commercial teams. Primary Functions
- Identify opportunities and develop strategy for enhancing the SkyMiles Member experience, including our elite Medallion Members
- Apply strategic and creative thinking to SkyMiles benefits and loyalty concepts to better reward our Members and drive engagement
- Leverage data to monitor performance, identify trends and make strategic decisions across a variety of aspects within the SkyMiles program (e.g., Medallion population forecast, upgrade policies)
- Ensure operational success of changes to program benefits and policies by partnering with appropriate teams from idea conception through final implementation
- Gather, analyze and synthesize data into actionable decisions and recommendations
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- 3+ years of demonstrated high performance in a corporate work environment in business, finance, marketing, loyalty, or related field
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- A passion for Delta, SkyMiles, loyalty and delivering an industry-leading customer experience
- Proven excellence in written and oral communication skills with ability to articulate ideas and strategy through effective and persuasive presentations to leadership
- Must be able to lead and work collaboratively and excel in a cross-functional environment
- Technical skills required include advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, plus ability/willingness to learn SAS/SQL if not already proficient
- Possess excellent creative and analytical skills that could translate into thought leadership
- Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize data and form actionable, meaningful recommendations in support of SkyMiles' and Delta's strategy
- Ability to work in an autonomous, fast-paced environment and manage varying responsibilities that demand a high degree of initiative, drive, and time management

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
