Job Title: Project Support
Work Location: Atlanta, GA 30309
Requirements:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Prior experience in project coordination or support roles preferred.
Assignment Schedule:
- At least 4 days in-office. Normal working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Workers may arrive as early as 7:00 AM.
- Arrival should occur between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with an expectation to work 8 hours plus a lunch break.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- 0-5 years (minimum) experience in project coordination or support role(s)
Job Duties:
- Include project setup and maintenance per the client’s ARM, asset allocation and booking in Power Plan, creating non-new business work requests. create and validate spot contracts.
Job Summary
- The purpose of this position is to coordinate key work management tasks related to capital construction projects, including cost-recoverable programs, from initiation to financial close-out.
- This position serves as a liaison between the pipeline contractors and the client’s system and work management issues.
