You will be the
Executive Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Engineering, Common Products and Sustainment. Our team supports senior leadership within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Executive Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing high‑impact executive support while leveraging modern AI productivity tools to increase efficiency.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Perform a full range of administrative and office‑management duties, exercising discretion to free the executive from routine details.
- Create, edit, and format presentations, documents, memos, reports, and other executive communications.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, reconcile expense reports, and manage meeting minutes.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments across multiple time zones and oversee calendar management.
- Organize VIP visits, special events, and ad‑hoc projects while maintaining confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
