To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as an Instructor in our American Regional Training Department. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of airline experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills. This position will report to the Manager, Training Resources.
Essential Duties:
Provide a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees
Teach core training to include QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, Ramp – Eagle Ground Operations Manual (EGOM), and Complaint Resolution Official (CRO), Jet bridge, Transfer Assist
Job Qualifications and Competencies:
One (1) year of airline experience
Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work a flexible schedule
A MANAGER’S RECOMMENDATION LETTER IS REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of QIK, Sabre, and airport environment
Prior teaching experience in a corporate environment
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Work Environment:
Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment
All shifts including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays, and/or irregular shifts
Limited travel required

Starting Rate:
$50,000.00/Annual Salary
