How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
The Material Expeditor is the first line of support to our Component Shop, Line, and Cabin Maintenance customers working planned and unplanned aircraft and component demand. The Material Expeditor is assigned to specific shop or maintenance activities, to provide immediate support and has the skillset & ability to make quick decisions to procure needed materials in the most efficient manner to support our maintenance customers in a timely fashion.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have intermediate technical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to demonstrate critical thinking with respect to cause and effect relationships
- Must be proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as written and oral communications.
- Must have ability to anticipate and plan for competing priorities and negotiate deliverables accordingly.
- Ability to perform with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
- Consistently makes safety and security, the priority.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
