As the
Senior Manager Customer & Operations for Global Airports you’ll be responsible for driving the delivery of exceptional airport customer experiences and operational performance across our global network.
You’ll lead the team responsible for the design and implementation of customer service strategies, above and below-the wing operational support frameworks and technology solutions; ensuring alignment with financial, safety, and regulatory outcomes. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll oversee the successful execution of airport operations, including new market mobilisations, product and aircraft launches, charter operations and special events.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our global airport operations, with a strong focus on governance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You Will Have
- Extensive operational experience in both ramp and/or customer-facing airport environments, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams independently.
- Strong knowledge of airport-related policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Proven success in developing and executing complex operational strategies in highly regulated settings, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated project management expertise and sound judgement in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a track record of collaboration across diverse teams and business units.
- Commercially minded with a customer and employee-centric approach, anticipating needs and driving proactive solutions.
- Experience in building and motivating high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, remain calm under pressure, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced operational settings.
- Willing and able to travel as needed to support operational priorities and respond to critical incidents.
