Fleet Health Manager to play a critical role in proactively safeguarding the health and reliability of the QantasLink fleet.
In this influential engineering role, you’ll use aircraft health monitoring platforms, analytics and engineering judgement to identify emerging defects before they impact operations. Acting as a central coordination point, you’ll work closely with Maintenance Watch, Reliability, Planning and Technical Services to ensure issues are prioritised, escalated and resolved at the right time, keeping our aircraft flying safely and efficiently.
This is a role for someone who thrives on turning data into insight, collaborating across teams, and making decisions that truly matter in a safety critical environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively monitor OEM and third-party health platforms to identify early indicators of defect trends and degradation
- Detect and manage long term, deferred within limits, and repeat defect exposure before risk accumulates
- Provide clear triage, prioritisation and escalation recommendations to technical and operational leaders
- Deliver fleet health reporting and visual insights to support data driven decision making
- Partner across engineering and operational teams to drive preventative action and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in CAMO/AMO, MOC, Reliability or Engineering Operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret aircraft health and maintenance data
- Sound engineering judgement and confidence operating in a safety critical environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative mindset
- LAME or engineering degree equivalent a must.
