Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and validate reports from acquirers and partners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales, refunds, chargebacks, payments, and all supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with acquirers, payment partners, and internal teams to address payment issues, resolve transaction discrepancies, and manage POS-related concerns.
- Post collections and reconcile transactions in SAP, ensuring they align with financial records and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations by tracking CWT and OR receipts, and processing EWT certificate requests as necessary.
- Prepare and submit key reports, including Aging of Accounts Receivable and consolidated collection summaries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain up-to-date reference files and provide ongoing support to operations for payment-related inquiries, POS inventory management, and terminal issues.
- Assist with departmental projects and administrative tasks, enhancing team productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course related to Business Administration/Accountancy or equivalent
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Knowledge in MS Excel and data tracking
