About the team you are joining
The Ground Operations team leads the global development, implementation, and adoption of industry standards and best practices. Our work spans safety, baggage operations, ramp automation and digitalization, ground operations auditing, and sustainability. We play a key role in shaping the success of the ground operations products and services portfolio, which includes major standards manuals such as the AHM, IGOM, BRM, IATA training courses, and the IATA Ground Handling Conference.
Our
team is results driven, energetic, and hardworking, consisting of junior and
senior talents with multiple years of operational, safety, audit, and
leadership experiences.
What your day would be like
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Audit Methods and Deicing, you will
contribute to the delivery of the Ground Ops Priorities project through a
combination of documentation, data stewardship and platform support. Typical
activities include:
Maintain and improve Ground Ops technical, data and procedural documentation, including process documentation
Capture and manage requirements for analytics dashboards, coordinating input from internal and external stakeholders
Support day to day data stewardship, including data validation, quality checks, cleansing and large volume analysis
Support administration of Ground Ops platforms and audit software, including user access management and basic configuration
Support data integration activities, including dataset mapping and establishing data connections across platforms
Support customer and stakeholder communications for platform usage and software support matters
Contribute to analytics delivery, including building and maintaining dashboards and supporting ad hoc project tasks.
We would love to hear from you if you have
Recent graduate (less than 1 year) in Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong data literacy and comfort working with datasets, reports and dashboards.
Experience maintaining technical documentation and documenting software or business processes.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI is highly desirable.
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience managing or supporting software platforms, including user access management will be an advantage
SQL or similar, Power Apps or Power Automate will be an advantage
