We are looking for an experienced HR Process Architect to take ownership of end-to-end HR Services processes across the Employee Lifecycle.
You will play a key role in shaping global HR standards, driving transformation initiatives, and designing future-ready HR solutions.

Tasks
- Act as the process architect for core Employee Lifecycle processes (Germany and globally), ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance
- Identify pain points, create transparent as‑is and to‑be models, design future‑state solutions, oversee implementation, and drive standardization
- Balance big‑picture process architecture with concrete improvements, turning ideas into measurable results through structured knowledge transfer and hands‑on support
- Translate process and business requirements into IT specifications and collaborate closely with IT teams on business concepts, system enhancements, and digital HR solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
- Assess processes across time, cost, and quality dimensions, identify improvement opportunities, and develop data‑driven process roadmaps that enable sustainable, scalable transformation
- Work with diverse stakeholders across countries and functions, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and progress throughout projects

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Process Management or Project Management, preferably within HR Services
- Strong process mindset with a clear sense of end-to-end ownership
- Solid knowledge of process and project management methodologies
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive change
- High interest in HR transformation and innovative HR solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in an international environment
- Very good command of German (C1) and English (minimum B2)
- Nice to have: experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
