Tasks
As the Project Management Intern you will perform the following duties:
- Supporting planning, coordination, and tracking of internal projects
- Assisting in creating project timelines, dashboards, and status reports
- Preparing presentations and executive summaries
- Supporting stakeholder communication and meeting coordination
- Monitoring project milestones and identifying risks or delays
- Assisting with process optimization and documentation updates
- Conducting research and data analysis to support decision-making
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals who fulfill the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, Project Management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High level of independence, flexibility, and commitment
- Self-confidence and focused on results
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus
- Must possess valid U.S. work permit or passport
