JSG is hiring an Aerospace CNC Programmer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in programming.Â
Pay rate varies depending on experience: $33-$40
Skills:
- Horizontal Machining Centers including Macro, sub program and variable programming knowledge.
- 4 axis lathes, 5 axis lathes, Y axis lathes, and Vertical Machining Centers large and small
- âShop Floorâ problem solving.
- Kaizen participation such as SMDE, VSM, 5s
- Maintain program library's and revision status of program revisions per NADCAP requirements.
- Bachelor degree in a technical field desired or 5+ years of manufacturing or industrial technical field, programming CNC equipment is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to extract critical data and analyze data to make informed business decisions
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt a plus
- Excellent computer skills (CAD/CAM, Esprit, Solid Works, MasterCam, word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)
- Skilled in- G and M code editing, Macro style programming, multi axis function(s) and Fanuc/Okuma/Mitsubishi CELOS controllers
