Our home is Barcelona, in a new, really nice office full of life and team activities. We enjoy being together and building things side by side, so we work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and up to 2 from home, a setup that requires being comfortable spending regular time in the office, as full remote is not available

What will make you succeed in this position:
Degree in Aeronautical Management (2025 / 2026 graduates)
Previous professional experience is not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in airline operations, safety, or business functions.
Comfortable working with data and structured analysis.
Fluent in English & Spanish.
Open mindset and willingness to explore different areas of the airline
