In this position you’ll work at the intersection of operations, data, and performance, helping us understand how our airline runs — and how to make it more efficient.
Your focus will be on crew-related performance and cost drivers, one of the most critical areas in airline operations. You’ll analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and support smarter operational decisions.

How will it be to work with us?
Analyze crew-related operational performance, understanding how planning decisions impact efficiency and cost
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
Support forecasting and performance monitoring, linking operational activity with business impact
Collaborate with Crew Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to improve overall performance
Contribute to projects focused on optimization, efficiency, and smarter resource allocation
Help develop and improve tools, reports, and dashboards for decision-making
Use data to support better operational and strategic decisions

We enjoy being together and building things side by side, so we work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and up to 2 from home, a setup that requires being comfortable spending regular time in the office, as full remote is not available

What will make you succeed in this position:
Degree in Aerospace Engineering (2025 / 2026 graduates)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced level of Excel (Python / SQL is a plus)
Interest in airline operations, performance, and data analysis
Fluent in English and Spanish (French, or Italian are a plus)
Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with complex data
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
