Johnson Service Group is seeking a Recruiter who can focus on full-cycle recruitment, focusing on high-growth manufacturing, operations, and technical roles. Key responsibilities include utilizing Workday/ATS for sourcing and strengthening employer branding to drive talent pipelines. The role requires 3-5 year of experience in manufacturing/supply chain recruitment.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for manufacturing, G&A, operations, supply chain and technical roles including hourly positions.
- Sourcing & Selection: Proactively attract candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department managers to define hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Metrics & Strategy: Utilize ATS and data analytics (KPIs, dashboards) to improve hiring efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or high-tech environments.
- Technical Skills: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Workday.
- Manufacturing/Operations: Specific experience recruiting in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain is often required.
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills and ability to represent the company's employer brand.
