About You
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Relevant vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a service oriented, facilities, hospitality, or customer focused environment.
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use standard office productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain records, prepare basic reports, and manage documentation accurately.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated attention to quality, presentation, and detail, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
