About You
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Relevant College or University qualifications with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
- Proven experience in administering and maintaining a Learning Management System.
- Experience with testing and integrating new learning technologies or system upgrades, video editing, and experience in an airline or aviation training environment is a plus.
- Expert-level proficiency with a major e-learning authoring tool, specifically Articulate Storyline (or Adobe Captivate).
- Proven experience in using any of the Adobe Creative Cloud software.
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a meticulous approach to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
