The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsiblein handling end-to-end recruitment and selection process, to fulfill the manpower requirements of the business units. He or she will also participate in a project involving recruitment planning, suggest proper media/approaches to sourcing qualified candidates and ensuring a smooth application experience.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A Bachelor's Degree Holder of BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a business-related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
- Knowledge or experience in end-to-end recruitment process is an advantage.
- Open to fixed-term contract opportunity.
