Manager - Finance and Accounts

Key Responsibilities

Manage core accounting activities in line with Ind AS, IGAAP, Tax Laws, and FEMA.
Review and analyze commercial contracts and evaluate financial implications.
Handle treasury accounting, including investments, borrowings, interest, and cash flow.
Lead automation initiatives for treasury and lease modules in SAP.
Oversee complete lease accounting and lease management as per Ind AS 116.
Drive month-end closing, MIS preparation, and management reporting.
Ensure strong internal controls, SOP compliance, and process improvements.
Manage statutory and internal audits; ensure timely closure with zero major observations.
Lead a team of 3–4 members, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.

Requirements

CA with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of Ind AS, FEMA, Tax Laws, and financial controls.
Hands-on experience with SAP; automation exposure preferred.
Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, communication, and team management abilities.
