We are looking for a Trade Distribution Manager who will own the commercial relationships with our travel trade partners across the Birmingham and South region, with a clear focus on driving sales and making easyJet holidays the operator of choice for package holidays.
Day to day, you will be managing key accounts, running weekly trading calls, and developing business plans that help our top partners sell more. You'll deliver training and presentations that bring the easyJet holidays proposition to life, build effective B2B communication channels, and identify opportunities to grow revenue while keeping our cost of sale down.
You'll work closely with our Head of Distribution to hit overall targets, and you'll play a real part in shaping how we show up in the travel trade.
What You'll Bring To The Team
You'll have extensive experience of account management experience in the travel industry and a proven track record of driving B2B sales, preferably working with independent travel agencies.
You know how to build trust with trade partners quickly, and you're as comfortable presenting to a room as you are digging into the numbers on a trading call.
You're self-motivated and target-driven, and you know how to bring people along with you and work well within a team. You're organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast moving environment.
The role requires frequent travel across the UK and occasionally further afield.
