Role Purpose
The ideal candidate is required to support the planning, development, promotion, and management of Enrich-branded products to drive revenue growth and customer retention. Additionally, the incumbent must have the ability to contribute to expanding the Enrich partnership network by acquiring new partners and maintaining relationships with existing partners to foster network growth and revenue.
Key Accountability
- Foster collaborations with lifestyle, retail, hotel and loyalty partners.
- Support the development and implementation of partnership strategies that align with company goals.
- Assist in identifying potential partnership opportunities across various industries, conducting research, and helping assess risks to evaluate both new and existing partners.
- Assist in managing contract lifecycles, including new agreements and renewals, by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, support daily operations, and assist in performance tracking to optimize partnerships.
- Provide backend support before new partner set-up, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely implementation of new partnerships.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of partnership metrics, helping identify areas for improvement and assisting with reporting on partnership program performance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative partnership initiatives, including co-branded marketing campaigns and promotions to assist business goals.
Qualifications & Working Experience
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with at least 4 years of working experience.

Personality Traits
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Basic business acumen on loyalty program.
- Strong analytical background and ability to extract, interpret, analyse and study data, insights or trends from multiple sources.
- Strong technical skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint), knowledge in Microsoft Power BI will be an added value.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation and facilitation).
