Lead ITBP, MABKargo
Reports To
Lead ITBP
Role Purpose
Plan, manage and implement IT applications/solutions portfolio and infrastructure to support MABkargo IT business plan and objectives.
Key Accountability
- Identify technology solution to improve business process, increase revenue and customer service.
- Manage overall MABkargo Services project's progress and related issues/action plan as to ensure timely implementation and within scope.
- IT lead for the sourcing and procuring of the solution to ensure ALL technology requirements are met and align to IT Strategy and Architecture.
- Manage the total cost the designated IT projects as to avoid cost overrun and unbudgeted spending.
- Develop required documentations as to ensure compliance to Procurement, IT and Corporate Governance.
Qualifications & Working Experience
- Degree in any IT related discipline with 15 years of working experience in 5 years IT and 2 years in Air Cargo industry/Logistic,
Skills & Knowledge
- Good communication skill and knowledgeable on subjects related to airline/Cargo/warehouse/social media/mobility/digital technology
- Knowledge in business/systems solution
- Experience in IT infrastructure planning and designed
- Analytical and problem solving skill
