PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT
About the Role
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring Passenger Service Agents to support ground operations at [Station]. This position is ideal for experienced airline and ground handling professionals transitioning to WFS as part of a contract changeover, as well as candidates new to aviation who are ready to build a career in a fast-paced airport environment.
Passenger Service Agents are the face of our operation at the gate and ticket counter. You'll work directly with traveling passengers to deliver a professional, efficient, and safety-conscious experience from check-in through boarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Check in passengers and process ticketing, seat assignments, upgrades, and baggage
- Gate agent functions including boarding, door management, and flight close-out
- Verify passenger documentation including identification and travel credentials
- Assist passengers requiring special services, including unaccompanied minors and passengers needing wheelchair or mobility assistance
- Coordinate with ramp, operations, and airline customer service teams to support on-time departures
- Communicate flight status updates and manage irregular operations (IROPS) situations professionally
- Maintain compliance with airline, airport, and TSA security requirements at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience; prior airline or ground handling experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain required airport security badge and clearances
- Strong communication skills and composure in high-volume, time-sensitive environments
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with airline DCS systems a plus
- Availability to work varied shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
RAMP AGENT

We welcome experienced ramp professionals transitioning to WFS through a contract changeover, as well as motivated candidates ready to learn ground handling from the ground up.
Ramp Agents are essential to every on-time departure. You'll work as part of a coordinated team on the airfield, handling aircraft, cargo, and ground support equipment with a safety-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Marshal aircraft in and out of gate positions
- Load, unload, and transfer baggage, cargo, and mail in accordance with weight and balance requirements
- Operate ground support equipment (GSE) including baggage tugs, belt loaders, pushback tractors, and ground power units
- Place and remove wheel chocks and connect/disconnect jetways and ground power
- Sort and route baggage to correct carousels and flights
- Complete aircraft cleaning and cabin preparation as operationally required
- Comply with all ramp safety protocols, FOD awareness procedures, and airline/airport security requirements
- Participate in safety briefings and adhere to all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required; clean driving record preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain required airport security badge and airfield driving privileges
- Prior ramp or ground handling experience preferred; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Availability to work varied shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
CABIN CLEANER

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring Cabin Cleaners to support aircraft appearance and turn operations at [Station]. This role is a great fit for experienced cabin service professionals joining WFS through a contract transition, as well as candidates looking to enter the aviation industry in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
Cabin Cleaners work within tight turn windows to prepare aircraft interiors for the next flight, ensuring passenger-ready cleanliness and compliance with airline service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and reset aircraft cabins between flights, including seat pockets, tray tables, overhead bins, lavatories, and galleys
- Remove trash, food service items, and lost-and-found items per airline procedures
- Restock cabin supplies including blankets, pillows, safety cards, and amenity items as required
- Report cabin maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to lead or supervisor
- Operate cleaning equipment and handle approved cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety data sheet (SDS) guidelines
- Complete work within assigned turn time to support on-time departure goals
- Maintain compliance with all airport security requirements, including escort and badging protocols while on the aircraft or airfield
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; not required
- Prior aircraft cabin cleaning or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain required airport security badge and clearances
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Availability to work varied shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
