This hands-on, strategic position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of our content ecosystem, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize platforms, and drive impactful improvements in our promotional review landscape. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality, compliant content efficiently and effectively, making a real difference in the success of our global marketing initiatives.
Pay $49.62/hour
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- Strong understanding of promotional material review (MLR/PRC/PMR) processes in regulated settings
- Proven ability to translate business needs into system solutions and configurations
- Experience working collaboratively across Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, IT, and external agencies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting global or regional promotional review models
- Familiarity with content lifecycle management, digital asset management, or content reuse strategies
- Contributions to system upgrades, releases, or process transformation initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Significant experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats in a regulated industry
- Past involvement in digital content management, process improvements, and cross-functional team leadership
Other Requirements:
- Ability to support global and regional teams, possibly involving virtual collaboration
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform developments
- Certifications or training
