Job Title: Assistant Manager – Administration
Location: Hyderabad (HYD)
Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – Administration will be responsible for managing regional administrative operations with a strong focus on
facility management, infrastructure projects, statutory compliance, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination. The role acts as a key interface between the Corporate Office, regional teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient, compliant, and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day office and facility operations, ensuring optimal space utilization and employee comfort.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of offices, warehouses, and airport facilities.
- Ensure timely renewal and compliance of AMCs for critical assets.
- Monitor safety, security, and hygiene standards across facilities.
- Conduct periodic inspections, audits, and health checks of infrastructure and utilities.
Infrastructure & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects with full statutory and legal compliance.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, and allied works with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, quality, and budgets; provide regular progress updates.
- Manage post-project handover, asset lifecycle, and maintenance planning.
- Liaise with architects, PMC, contractors, and regulatory authorities for approvals and execution.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage regional vendors and service providers.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, contract terms, and performance standards.
- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate approvals with Corporate teams.
- Maintain MIS, documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
Administration & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the single point of contact for Airport Administration and local authorities.
- Support corporate initiatives, branding requirements, and compliance mandates.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth administrative and infrastructure operations.
Security & Emergency Preparedness
- Support implementation of safety, security, and emergency preparedness plans.
- Conduct regular safety audits, drills, and incident reporting.
- Ensure BCP compliance with zero downtime for critical systems.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and facility management projects.
- Hands‑on experience in Civil, MEP, interior fit‑out works, and allied services.
- Strong working knowledge of facility operations, statutory and regulatory compliances, and vendor management/coordination.
- Experience in managing facilities such as airports, workshops, warehouses, or large corporate/commercial environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / architecture / Facilities Management or a related discipline.
