About The Role
Are you a structures technician with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to aircraft safety? Join our team and play a vital role in keeping our fleet airworthy, reliable, and ready to fly.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and operational readiness of our RX fleet. Your duties will include conducting thorough inspections of aircraft systems and structures, performing routine maintenance checks, executing structural repairs, and replacing faulty components to restore aircraft to optimal condition. You will maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure full compliance with GACA regulations, RX company policies, and E&M procedures at all times.
You will collaborate closely with your maintenance team to resolve complex technical challenges and support the development of new technical staff, helping to build the skilled, efficient team that Riyadh Air's future depends on.
Experience with Boeing 787 composite structures, strong analytical thinking, and a safety-first mindset are essential.

About You
You must hold a Diploma or Degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment, including a minimum of 3 years maintaining aircraft composites and structures.
A strong working knowledge of Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs), composite repair materials, and assessment methodologies is essential. You must be certified in Boeing 787 Composite Repair for Technicians, hold B787 GEnx Level III training, and be proficient in wet lay-up and prepreg composite repairs, as well as the use of hot bonders for composite curing.
A valid GACA, FAA, EASA, or equivalent CAA Aircraft Maintenance License is required, along with the ability to obtain the appropriate security clearance for the role.
