Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in
Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or other related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Prior HRBP experience and/or Staffing, Total Rewards & Performance Management and/or Talent & Organizational Capability
- Demonstrated passion for customer focused
relationships and partnerships; experience in
influencing, coaching and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence change and serve as trusted advisor; experience supporting executive level clients
- Demonstrated HR process and technical knowledge
- Experience working with virtual and local teams
- Ability to travel as needed in support of client

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will
- Provide strategic and sustainable human capital solutions aligned to the corporate strategy, including:
- Salary Management Planning
- Total Rewards & Performance Management
- Talent Management Planning and Analysis
- Employee Relations & Coaching
- Workforce Planning & Management
- HR Metrics Compilation and Reporting
- Learning & Development Planning and Analysis
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of project management, data analysis and strong communication skills for consulting and coaching.
Some travel and willingness to work extended hours on occasion is required.
The preferred candidate will be located in the Denver metro area to support onsite business as needed. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Desired Skills
- Proven ability to identify human capital barriers within an organization and develop and drive solutions.
- Prior experience as an HRBP.
- Technical knowledge pertaining to performance management, pay practices, employee relations, employment law and FLSA.
- Demonstrated experience motivating and developing others.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with
complex data and leverage into solutions with clients.
- Experience in change management, driving change throughout an organization or leading a change effort.
- Demonstrated successful project leadership experience across the full lifecycle of a medium or large scope project (design, implementation & sustainment).
- Strong capability to anticipate client needs and proactively identify areas for collaboration and integration inside and outside the HR organization.
