We are looking for a Experience Jr Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, results-driven individual who understands how to translate employee listening insights into meaningful and measurable organizational change, leading the design and execution of action plans, driving process improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle, and partnering with leaders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of engagement strategies.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- 5+ years in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, or a related Experience Management discipline
- Proven track record of designing and implementing change initiatives and managing action plans from diagnosis through execution
- Experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support
- Background in process improvement, employee lifecycle redesign, and implementation of engagement frameworks is a strong plus

- Project & portfolio management to prioritize initiatives, align resources, and ensure timely delivery of commitments

- Change management capabilities to drive adoption of new processes and engagement initiatives
