🚀 About the role
As a Loyalty Commercial Lead, you will own the commercial strategy, partnership portfolio, and revenue performance of the Financial Institutions vertical, managing cobrand and points transfer partnerships with banks, card networks, and fintech partners.
This role involves overseeing multi-partner relationships, driving portfolio growth and commercial performance, managing complex partnership structures, and leading executive-level engagement with key financial institutions as the main commercial owner of the vertical.
📌 Your deliverables will include:
• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Financial Institutions vertical, managing revenue performance, partnership growth, and portfolio optimization.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with banking partners, financial institutions, fintechs, and payment platforms, including cobrand and points transfer partnerships.
• Lead commercial negotiations, partnership governance, and executive-level engagement with key stakeholders and C-level counterparts.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to support new partnerships, portfolio expansion, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure successful partnership integration and execution.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, partnership performance, and financial metrics, identifying risks and driving strategic actions to optimize business results.
🎯 Our ideal candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• 6+ years of experience in business development, loyalty, cobrand partnerships, banking, fintech, or related commercial roles.
• Experience working with banks, fintech companies, startups, or payment platforms.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including sales strategy, partner management, and executive presentations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate business performance, market opportunities, and commercial data.
• Experience in ecommerce, loyalty programs, cobrand products, or financial partnerships is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and interact with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and negotiations in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Microsoft Office tools preferred.
