POSITION PURPOSE
Serves as the primary point of contact/liaison providing onboard services support, operational and financial data to one or more specific codeshare partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a primary point of contact for all codeshare partners, delivering operational excellence through performance, communication, and overall customer engagement
- Tracks onboard services email and follows up on aircraft appearance and catering issues
- Works with other Onboard Services associates, in a cross-training capacity, to understand all codeshare partners’ onboard service and aircraft appearance specifications
- Performs onsite audits of both vendor and aircraft appearance items
- Oversees Aircraft Appearance Audit team, Flight Attendants on special assignment
- Analyzes information from audits to track and trend deficiencies and to ensure compliance
- Facilitates bi-weekly conference calls with cleaning vendor leadership
- Point person for renewal and updates to vendor contracts
- Orders aircraft appearance supplies and ensures delivery to various hangar locations
- Tracks, reviews, and measures cleaning expenditures, operational delays, galley carts, Tarmac Delay Kits
- Works with Maintenance and Engineering departments regarding aircraft codeshare swaps and ensures cart/catering allocation and performs new aicraft acceptance checks
Required Skills And Competencies
Data Analysis:
- Ability to interpret and consolidate data to influence decision-making.
- Troubleshoots issues, draws conclusions and makes recommendations to address specific challenges.
- Ability to analyze information, identify key issues and relationships, and draw logical conclusions by identifying the root causes of problems and developing solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer software, with a focus on Excel and Access.
Required Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 1 year experience in specialty training beyond high school in computer software, data analysis and/or front-line supervisor or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year experience in any combination of auditing/analyzing, airline operations, or catering/cleaning
Preferred Experience
- Previous project management experience
Language Skills
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Able to write routine reports and correspondence
- Able to speak effectively before groups of costumers or associates of organization

- Outdoor weather conditions, open air hangar up to 30% of the time
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight stays.
