About The Role
Can you inspire the next generation of aircraft technicians and licensed engineers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance?
We are looking for a professional instructor to develop and deliver high-quality technical training across airframe, powerplant and avionics disciplines.
This role is responsible for strengthening workforce capability through engaging classroom, practical and on-the-job training that supports operational readiness, regulatory compliance and maintenance excellence.
You will identify capability gaps using maintenance data, safety reports, OEM guidance and regulatory requirements, translating these into structured, measurable learning programmes tailored to technical audiences.
You will design and update lesson plans, practical exercises and assessment materials aligned with company procedures and General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) standards, ensuring all training content remains audit-ready and operationally relevant.
The role includes delivering technical instruction, administering assessments, coaching learners and verifying competence to ensure technicians can perform safely and effectively. While also evaluating learner performance, recommending targeted development interventions, coordinating training logistics and maintaining accurate training records to support compliance and traceability.
Working closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams, you will continuously improve training effectiveness by embedding safety, human factors and operational feedback into course delivery while maintaining your own instructor and technical currency.
Train with precision today so tomorrow’s maintenance is safer, smarter and stronger.
