About The Role
Are you an aviation materials planning professional who thrives on availability, control, and operational precision?
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost‑effective availability of aircraft materials required to support maintenance and operational activities across the airline. You will oversee material planning and inventory levels to ensure maintenance readiness while minimizing excess, obsolete, or non‑compliant stock.
You will work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement teams to align material requirements with maintenance plans, fleet activity, and operational demand. This includes supporting procurement activities by translating maintenance needs into material requirements, monitoring lead times, and ensuring parts availability for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.
Importantly, you will actively manage inventory accuracy through audits, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality requirements applicable to aircraft materials. In addition, you will coordinate with suppliers to improve delivery performance, reduce aircraft downtime, and support operational continuity.

About You
Degree qualified in aviation, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7years in aviation, materials management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field, you will bring at least 5 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or aviation logistics within an airline or aviation environment.
You are expected to have hands‑on experience managing aircraft materials in support of maintenance operations, with a solid understanding of inventory control principles, material forecasting, and procurement coordination.
You will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with inventory management or supply chain systems to monitor performance and material availability.
