In this impactful role, you will be the architect of a market leading onboarding experience, guiding every new hire through a thoughtful, well-orchestrated journey from the moment of offer acceptance to the day our staff are in-country, seamlessly integrated into our airline family, empowered with knowledge, and inspired to perform at their best.
You will be the authoritative voice on onboarding across the organisation, ensuring every process, every system interaction, and every human touchpoint is delivered with precision, compliance, and genuine Hafawa warmth.
You will be expected to manage and mentor the wider Onboarding team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality induction experiences, whilst simultaneously developing and continuously improving the onboarding journey.
Central to your success is the constant monitoring and measurement of onboarding effectiveness using KPIs, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
Your days will be spent forging meaningful partnerships with a wide variety of stakeholders to champion thoughtful leadership whenever complexity, escalations, or competing priorities demand your attention.

About You
Degree qualified, you will bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on onboarding, talent acquisition, or employee experience.
You will demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems and onboarding tools, alongside a solid understanding of HR best practices, labour legislation, data management, and compliance requirements.
We'd love to hear from you even more if you bring at least 2 years of team management experience and a track record of leading onboarding operations at scale within a complex, fast-moving organisation.
