The Production Planner is a key role within the Technical Operations department and plays an important part in strengthening the team’s capabilities as Norse continues to develop its operations. The position contributes to the company’s operational readiness and supports the continuous improvement of technical processes.

The position will report to Production Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Production Planner, you will:
Support daily production activities and help ensure smooth operations.
The role involves reviewing and following up on workpacks, keeping track of documentation and paperwork, and arranging travel when needed.
You will also be responsible for following up with external customers and supporting production activities taking place in Oslo and Amsterdam.
Good coordination and clear communication are key parts of the role.
This position is ideal for someone who is structured, practical, and enjoys working closely with production teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Ability to work in a team, respect for your colleagues and good collaboration skills.
Good understanding of Boeing 787 systems and long-haul operations.
A valid work permit for Norway.
High motivation.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills under pressure.
Proficient in AMOS or similar maintenance management systems.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
