As our AI Transformation & Innovation Sr Manager, you will lead Viva’s enterprise AI transformation agenda, driving the implementation, adoption, governance, and scaling of AI initiatives across the organization. This role partners with business leaders to identify needs, define high-value use cases, accelerate innovation, and ensure measurable business impact through AI-driven solutions.
Your deliverables will include:
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, ensuring role clarity, removing obstacles, and fostering talent growth.
- Coordinate enterprise AI initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring progress across AI pillars, use case prioritization, and adoption tracking.
- Identify business needs, operational pain points, and opportunities to create AI-driven solutions and optimize processes.
- Drive AI implementation strategies across the organization, ensuring successful transition and adoption.
- Oversee AI portfolio management, prioritization frameworks, use case pipelines, and ROI tracking.
- Define and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, and alignment with executive committees and leadership teams.
- Partner with Legal, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure responsible AI implementation.
- Promote AI literacy initiatives, champion networks, and change management programs to accelerate adoption.
- Build strategic relationships with AI startups, vendors, innovation ecosystems, and external partners.
- Lead innovation programs focused on transformation, automation, and value generation.
What are we looking for?
- 8–12 years of experience in AI, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Consulting, or related fields.
- 4–5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience implementing AI strategies and digital transformation programs.
- Strong experience driving organizational change and adoption initiatives at scale.
- Experience interacting with executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI ecosystems, innovation programs, startups, and emerging technologies.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships.
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs, automation, predictive models, generative AI tools, and data-driven initiatives.
- Advanced English.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields. MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
