Working closely with Ground Handling Agents, cargo terminals, flight crew, and internal teams, the focus is on keeping flights moving, customers informed, and documentation accurate—from reservations and flight paperwork to post-flight reporting and system updates. At freighter ports, the scope extends ramp-side, coordinating loading, monitoring special cargo, and resolving issues in real time.
Every action taken in this role supports on-time performance, customer confidence, and safe operations. It is practical, hands-on work that directly contributes to Cathay’s promise to move cargo that matters to the world.
