Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a FAL A350 - Supplier Disruption Over-Cost Manager (M/F) to join our FAL A350 Performance & Improvement team in Toulouse.
You will join the Performance & Improvement team for FAL A350. Your mission will be to manage the impact of major disruptions generated by our suppliers/partners through supplier claims and through appropriate evaluation on key FAL performance indicators, such as CVAT (Cycle Value Add Time) and cost.

Your challenges:
Systematically capture and centralize major disruptions impacting the A350 FAL using various internal data sources.
Estimate potential costs and precisely quantify the impact of supplier disruptions on production cycle time (CVAT indicator).
Construct robust and well-documented claim dossiers supported by comprehensive evidence to initiate formal supplier recourse.
Define the optimal claim strategy within Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) and support negotiations with buyers until successful closure.
Maintain a comprehensive status of disputes, represent the A350 FAL within the Airbus SDO community, and report operational/financial progress to leadership.
Your boarding pass:
Background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Industrial Management.
Solid experience (min 3 years) in a Final Assembly Line (FAL) industrial environment, ideally within the aerospace sector.
Proficiency in supplier claim management, production data analysis, and industrial performance indicators (specifically CVAT).
High level of autonomy, strong analytical skills, rigorous mindset, excellent communication, and a proven ability to negotiate and lead Multi-Functional Teams (MFT).
Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken), essential for the international Airbus environment.
