Basic Qualifications
- Must be a U.S citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Must be willing to be on-site full-time
- Must have prior experience supporting senior level management (i.e. Senior Managers, Directors, and/ or Executive leaders)
- Proven experience applying critical thinking to tasks and calendar prioritization
- Experience using mobile technology to handle work issues outside of normal work hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly adjust to changing priorities

Job Description
You will be the Administrative Assistant Specialist for the Vice President of Hypersonic and Strike Systems (HSS) and Vice President of the Joint Air-to-Surface Stand-off Missile (JASSM) responsible for delivering seamless executive support and ensuring optimal JASSM program operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Administrative Assistant Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HSS VP, JASSM VP, and JASSM senior staff. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a wide range of administrative duties and office management tasks.
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and staff, exercising discretion and sound judgement in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Coordinate travel arrangement, reconcile expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, and organize VIP visits and special events with precision and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain effective correspondence management, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Create and edit presentations, documents, memos, and reports, utilizing excellent writing and communication skills to produce high-quality materials

Desired Skills
5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
