Specialist, Revenue Management, Domestic Premium Product Strategy How you’ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & role impact) The Domestic Premium Product team is responsible for driving premium cabin performance across the domestic network, ensuring results outperform the system by design.
This role sits at the intersection of pricing and inventory strategy, performance analytics, and product optimization. You will support the identification of revenue opportunities, analyze performance trends, and translate data into clear, actionable strategies that improve premium performance across key products including Delta Main Basic, Delta Comfort, Delta First, Delta Premium Select (DPS), and Delta One.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and seeing their work directly impact business outcomes. You will also gain exposure to senior leadership through regular performance updates and strategy discussions. This role offers strong development opportunities, including contributing to and presenting seasonal strategies to the broader department, and working at the forefront of new, innovative product experiences.
What You’ll Do (key Responsibilities)
- Analyze system-level and market-level premium performance to identify opportunities to improve paid RASM
- Define premium goals and seasonal strategies to drive performance
- Develop and evaluate tests to improve management of premium products (e.g., upsell tiers, automated positioning)
- Partner closely with Pricing, Inventory, and Commercial teams to support execution against seasonal goals
- Collaborate with the PRM Product team to support the development and expansion of new premium product offerings
- Contribute to the development and refinement of premium tools, including dashboard reporting and machine learning pricing models (e.g., RUBY)
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- 4–5 years of experience in airline revenue management, analytics, pricing, consulting, or a related field
- Experience with quantitative analysis using tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, teamoriented environment
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts and tools
- Must be performing satisfactorily in current role
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
