Becoming the best airline is an adventure. And our Pricing & Revenue Management team is providing fuel for that journey by ensuring that we maximize our ticket revenue on every single flight across our network – both domestically and internationally – while giving our customers various product offerings for their travel. By analyzing market trends and forecasting consumer demand, this team works hard to ensure we are selling the right number of tickets at the right price to optimize our revenue and run a profitable airline.
Key Responsibilities
Associate Analysts / Analysts are placed into either Pricing or Revenue Management. Pricing defines price points based off customer’s willingness to pay and the competition. Revenue Management forecasts customer demand and sets overbooking levels.
- Analyze trends in bookings, revenue and market dynamics
- Assess demand patterns and competitive landscape
- Segment customers based on market conditions
- Develop fare structure/demand forecast to optimize revenue
- Plan seasonal strategy for holidays and peak travel periods
- Communicate department strategy, working with other collaborators
First Year Expectations
- Onboarded as part of a class of new hires
- Paired with peer mentor throughout training
- 6+ weeks of training with department leaders; graduate to market management
- Shadow PRM peers in cross functional teams (RM vs Pricing) and meet Commercial division peers (Network Planning, Sales, Marketing)
- Department DEI Mentorship programs and listening sessions offered
- Participate in community service and social events

Please note: This position may be hired at the Associate Analyst level or the Analyst level, depending on candidate background, skill level and experience.
Qualifications
Required - Bachelor's Degree or 1 - 3 years of equivalent experience
- Track record of outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Ability to apply quantitative skills and business sense to airline industry
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Work experience in airline Pricing/Revenue Management/Network Planning a plus
The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $88,440.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
