CARGO REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

Realizes processes for acceptance, flight preparation and delivery of any cargo and mail carried.
Ensures that all cargo and mail are brought to the ramp by performing the preparations for such cargo and mail.
Supervise and ensure that all Turkish Cargo procedures and standards are implemented in order to achieve day-to-day.
Manage and ensure the smooth handling of all day to day cargo booking activities.
Coordinate daily activities with sales team, finance team, direct managers, GHA/Ramp, headquarters and final destination contacts.
Handle daily flight planning and coordinate requirements with reservation, accounting and operation teams.
Liaise with Turkish Cargo Headquarter team for tracing and provide necessary follow up with customers.
Represent and promote Turkish Cargo within cargo industry community.
Accompanies loading and unloading of cargo free from any damage and in full.
Performs the first response in order for resolution of any irregularities occurred at cargo shipments.
Coordinates with official authorities and handling agencies, follows rules and regulations.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Minimum graduation from university with bachelors degree.
Permanent residence permit in the respective country (The Company will not provide or assist with work permits)
Minimum 5 year of experience in cargo operation process
Having minimum 2 years experience for Load Master/Controller or Loading Supervisor is an advantage.
Good command of English and local language(s)
Work in flexible hours
Competency with MS Office products
Being a team player along with having the capability to work independently when necessary and being able to work under pressure
Sense of responsibility
Ability to make decisions accurately and effectively
Proactive problem solving
