We are seeking a RAVE Programmer with experience in airline systems, optimization platforms, or Python development to support development and maintenance of crew and operations optimization solutions. The role involves configuration, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting operational enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RAVE modules, business rules, and operational logic
- Support implementation and enhancement of crew management and operational optimization solutions
- Work with business teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform unit testing, defect fixing, validation, and deployment support
- Analyze production issues and provide timely resolution
- Support automation initiatives and operational reporting requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, product teams, and internal stakeholders for enhancements and fixes
- Maintain technical documentation and configuration records
Required Skills & Experience
- Atleast 5 years of experience in: RAVE programming OR Python development with strong logical/problem-solving skills
- Understanding of airline operations, crew systems, rostering, or scheduling preferred
- Good analytical and debugging skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jeppesen Crew products or airline optimization tools
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, scripting, or automation
- Prior aviation or airline industry experience preferred
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
