- People-Centric Strategies which Support zeroG Values: in coordination with our team, you’ll design and implement people strategies that support our business goals and enhance our people-centric culture.
- Talent Development and Performance Evaluation Processes: designing and implementing inclusive and equitable processes to develop and evaluate our talents, benefitting our customers and people’s professional development.
- Compliance and Policy Development: protect our company and people, by crafting thoughtful, helpful, and clear people policies.
- Hiring Strategy: align with our team to identify and anticipate critical talents necessary for our company to grow sustainably and deliver on our strategic goals, including how to acquire talents for our team.
- Champion DEI Practices: drive innitatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclussion across all elements of our talent acquisition, evaluation, and development processes, leveraging relationships within our organization.
- Metrics-Driven Decision Making: utilize people analytics to drive data-driven insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Employer Brand: Contribute to building and promoting our employer brand as an inclusive and purpose-driven organization.
- Coach Best Practices: Coach and build successful interview teams at zeroG to effectively and efficiently hire great candidates who add value to zeroG culture and capabilities.
What skills should you have?
- Proven experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Passion for fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Understanding of legal texts in German is absolutely necessary. Knowledge of the legal framework of labor in Germany and the EU, together with any other regulations that impacts the organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Creative and strategic thinking in developing talent acquisition and development initiatives.
- Familiarity with employer branding and the ability to represent the organization positively.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiting, Personio, and other platforms.
- Flexibility and openness are must-have attributes as zeroG is not a typical hierarchy-driven organization.
