Vista is a fast-growing private aviation business, operating the world’s largest wholly owned large cabin private jet fleet, embracing the highest levels of service, safety, security, reliability, and value. As Corporate Communications Executive you will support the Group Communications team to help promote engagement across teams and ensure a consistent language is spoken across all Vista entities. You will help execute an internal communications plan globally, in particular for the U.S. market, to facilitate the Group’s global integration and ensure Vista’s one-voice approach
Your Responsibilities
· Help grow the reputation and effectiveness of Vista’s employer brand;
· Support the business in delivering goals and objectives through informing, inspiring and engaging colleagues via a blend of communication approaches and core channels;
· Support the Internal Communications Manager and key stakeholders to ensure all colleagues across the Group are kept informed and motivated through tactical global and regional activations;
· Identify and develop opportunities to promote and positively represent Vista and its Operating Partners, including Vista America, through internal engagement and communications;
· Coordinate a calendar of internal communications activations, and manage approved output accordingly;
· Support the global internal communications plan, working with relevant teams as required;
· Help ensure all internal communications and documents are streamlined and in line with company branding and tone of voice;
· Coordinate with the global Events and HR teams to identify, support and implement external event opportunities, such as recruitment and community events;
· Increase internal awareness of key events and updates in the Group and its companies, including the launch of new products, special events and addresses from the Executive Committee and Management teams;
· Drive employees’ satisfaction, engagement and retention through measured tactical campaigns and reporting;
· Prepare and deliver internal content, announcements and presentations to share relevant information across the Group and its companies — in person or on internal digital channels;
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
· Minimum of one/ two years equivalent experience preferred (Communications/ HR/ Public Relations/ Marketing);
· Excellent project management, research skills;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Ability to work in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial, problem-solving environment;
· Ability to work with colleagues from across departments, locations and seniority;
· Confidence and can-do attitude;
· Solid administration and organizational skills;
· Strong working knowledge of Workplace/ Yammer platforms, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint);
· Creative tools: Canva, video editing skills a plus.
