Customer Services Supervisor
Location: Birmingham Airport
Swissport is looking for a motivated
Supervisor Passenger Services to lead teams delivering exceptional support to passengers with reduced mobility. If you’re a strong communicator with a passion for service and team leadership, this role puts you at the heart of the airport operation.
Expected Shift Pattern (subject to change) 4 on 4 off 37.5 hours a week
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Manage attendance, performance and training needs
- Ensure compliance with safety, security and operational procedures
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Oversee PRM resource planning, deployment and equipment maintenance
- Liaise with airport authorities and maintain accurate operational data
- Report and address incidents, supporting investigations and corrective actions
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- Experience working in aviation, ideally in an airside operational role.
- Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- To have undertaken or be prepared to undertake active supervision within three months of being appointed into role
- Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages beneficial)
- A desire to lead and develop other teams and team members.
